I received was close. I understand that she worked closely with her daughter Natarsha in the sale, so these comments are equally applicable for Natarsha. I believe her marketing advice and open days were critical components in achieving a successful sale. At the end it was Natarsha who negotiated a slight increase in the sales price. This is why its a 5.
