Our goal is to ensure you have everything you need for a smooth and enjoyable tenancy. Through our PropertyMe Tenant Portal, you can access your lease information, see upcoming inspections, manage your rental payments, and reach out to your property manager whenever needed.
For any non-urgent repairs, simply send your property manager an email or use our online form. Need support after hours or urgent maintenance? We always have a property manager on call, phone 02 6024 9222 for assistance.
If you'd like to bring a pet into your home, we must first seek permission from your rental provider/landlord, our Pet Lease Application form makes it easy to get approval.
