Wodonga, Beechworth & Thurgoona Real Estate Agency Claims Swag of State General Excellence and Marketing Awards

First National Real Estate - Bonnici & Associates was recognised for outstanding achievement at the national network’s General Excellence and Marketing Awards, held at Grand Hyatt Melbourne on Saturday night.
The awards recognise the achievements of First National’s Victorian and Tasmanian agents throughout 2023, with winners now competing for the network’s National Awards, which will be announced at the network’s annual convention in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia this May.
First National Bonnici & Associates, principal, William Bonnici, says it was his team’s honour to receive 2023 General Excellence and Marketing Awards.
“It’s amazing that Regional offices in Wodonga, Beechworth & Thurgoona can achieve such great results when benchmarked against their peers. Not to be underestimated, First National Real Estate have now 68 offices across Vic/Tas, and two (2) of our Sales Offices have made it into the Top 15, with our Wodonga office in the Top 7 for the second consecutive year. Our Property Management team also made it into the Top 15 for the fourth consecutive year. These results, are not only humbling, but a testament that we are at the forefront of technology and marketing and understand our market.”
At the awards presentation, First National Bonnici & Associates received the following awards:
- Magnificent 7 – (7th Ranked) Sales Office (Wodonga)
- The Elite (Top 15) – Sales Office (Beechworth)
- The Elite (Top 15) Investor Relations Management Office
- Commercial – Highest Gain of Properties Under Management for a small office (Wodonga)
Key staff members were also recognised for their individual performances:
- Lexley Sewell received the Magnificent 7, (6th Ranked) Salesperson award and a Diamond status award
- Tony Stockdale received The Elite (Top 15) Salesperson award and a diamond status award
- Janet Friend received a Diamond status award
- Harley Maclachlan & William Bonnici received Platinum status awards
- Cameron Brooks received a Gold status award
- Megan King received a Silver status award
